COVID-19 has led people to question numerous aspects of life, including family budgetary arrangements and wealth management. The COVID-19 pandemic has thrown many of us a financial curveball. Managing personal finances is important, particularly during a crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the economic consequences are evident, financially induced stress caused by uncertainty is less visible. Individual wealth increments and firm size measures have brought a commensurate increment in their respective resources. Thus, monitoring these resources and coordinate investment exercises is necessary to preserve resource development. The best method to improve wealth management banks is to consider competitive preferences by designating a set of wealth management bank selections to oversee individuals’ wealth viably. This paper provides a step-by-step assessment guide for wealth management banks using multiple-criteria decision-making to illustrate the appropriateness of the proposed technique. We found that the two primary aspects of wealth management bank evaluations are transaction safety and professional financial knowledge. The proposed approach is relatively straightforward and appropriate for such key decision-making issues.

In the real world, acceptance of a decision is conditional on the availability of a great volume of data. Selection of a suitable solution on the basis of this data represents a problem that multi-criterial methods (MCDM) are applied to. The issue of which of these should be favoured during their use involves a specification of the importance of the assessed criteria. The goal of the presented research is to quantify the differences (symmetry) in assessment using selected MCDM methods (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution–TOPSIS), while applying an absolute and relative variability of the assessed criteria to a determination of their importance. The obtained results indicate that the order of the assessed subject (alternative) is not directly influenced by the method of determining the variability of the assessed criteria. We can also state that the degree of concurrence in the order of application of the TOPSIS technique, in combination with both approaches expressed by the Jaccard index, is relatively low.

Teknolojinin ilerlemesi ve şehir sokaklarındaki oyun alanlarının azalması, evlerine kapanmış yeni bir neslin ortaya çıkmasına neden oldu. Bu durum karşısında aileler de çocuklarını evden çıkarabilmek için alternatif arayışına girdiler. 12 Dev Adam, Potanın Perileri ve Filenin Sultanları gibi akılda kalıcı sloganlarıyla basketbol ve voleybolda gelen milli takım zaferleri, hem çocukları hem de velileri bu sporlara çekiyor. Oluşan bu ilgi sonucunda basketbol ve voleybol eğitimi veren spor kulüplerinin sayısı da önemli ölçüde artmakta. Sadece İstanbul'da iki yüzün üzerinde spor kulübünün faaliyet göstermektedir. Bazı düzenlemeler yapılmış olmasına rağmen, ülkemizde bu kulüplerin kontrol edilmesi ve değerlendirilmesi için hala bir sistem bulunmamaktadır. Bunun sonucu olarak, verilen eğitimin kalitesi kulüpler arasında önemli ölçüde farklılık göstermektedir. Eğitim kalitesine ek olarak, velilerin kulübün aylık aidatları ve antrenman sahası ile evleri arasındaki mesafe gibi diğer faktörleri de değerlendirmeleri gerekmektedir. Bütün bunlar birleşince veliler güvenebilecekleri ve çocuklarının spor yapmayı öğrenecekleri doğru kulübü seçme konusunda zorlanmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmanın amacı, velileri bu karar sürecinde desteklemektir. Seçimde birden fazla faktörün etkili olması ve alternatif sayısının fazla olması nedeniyle çok kriterli karar verme (ÇKKV) stratejilerinin bu problem için uygun olduğu düşünülmüştür. Uzmanlarla ile yapılan görüşmeler sonucu kulüp seçimi için önemli olduğu düşünülen dört kriter belirlenmiş olup bu kriterlerin göreceli önem ağırlıkları ÇKKV metotlarından bulanık SWARA (Step Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis) yöntemiyle hesaplanmıştır. Ardından bir diğer ÇKKV metodu olan Bulanık TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) yöntemi ile de en uygun kulüp seçilmiştir.
