An Analysis of the Efficiency of Methods of Temperature Error Correction in Surface Texture Measurements

Abstract: One of the factors influencing contact measurements of surface texture are periodical changes of environmental temperature that are associated with the mode of operation of airconditioning systems applied in metrological laboratories.
