An analysis of problem in composing of tsunami contingency plan in Padang City

Abstract: Padang city is one of the most vulnerable areas of an earthquake potentially tsunami on the west coast of Sumatra Island. The government should formulate policies to minimize the impact of the disaster. The government and all relevant stakeholders should focus on disaster risk reduction efforts. As part of this effort is making policy in formulating contingency plans to deal with tsunami risk.
