Context: Refactorings are actions developers do not often do in a standard way. One of the reasons is the lack of visualizations in current tools capable of identifying refactorings. Code visualizations can help developers make decisions about analyzing code quality and possible code refactorings. Objective: We present CIRef, a tool for visualizing the historical data of refactorings in Java projects. For a particular project, CIRef provides a wide range of visualizations including customizable rankings of the importance of different refactoring types, duels between developers to understand their profiles, and a timeline of the number of refactorings performed. Method: To validate the acceptance and perceived usefulness of CIRef, we conducted a study with eight developers using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Results: The results indicate that 75% of the participants agreed with using the tool in the future and found it easy to use. Conclusions: Beyond supporting developers in visualizing historical refactoring data, CIRef also has the potential for educational purposes. Learning management systems have transformed the information delivery mechanism. The present study derives dimensions from technology acceptance model and assesses the association between the faculty's satisfaction, perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) in a Moodle-based learning management system. The data collection was done using a questionnaire from one hundred and ninety-nine faculty of B-Schools, using Moodle as the LMS. The findings indicate that both ease of use and perceived usefulness are significant predictors of faculty satisfaction from MOODLE LMS. In addition to the aforementioned TAM constructs, the study has measured moderating impact of demographic variables like city, gender and age. These variables are important differentiators in the Indian context, as LMS is a relatively new adoption in Indian education industry. The study reports that although age is a differentiator between two defined groups, it is however not significantly moderating the relationship between PEOU and satisfaction with Moodle. Gender and type of city (metro versus non-metro cities) have significantly moderated the relationship between PEOU and the satisfaction with Moodle. The study also labels constraints in terms of LMS usage and give suggestions towards its effective use. Henceforth, any similar system must incorporate these constructs to improve the satisfaction and adoption of the LMS by instructors.

This research was a research development which produced the product of evaluation media used LMS Moodle. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah Al-Amin of Sorong city with the subject of the research were students of grade XII IPA.The model of development chosen was the model which developed by Alessi and Trollip. The result showed that (i) result of media evaluation on learning has valid because validation result was on interval 2,5 ≤ M < 3,5. Based on all average score 3,3it means that, the component which validated including on category "Valid". (ii) learning device has practiced because of the average of questionnaire percentage was 90% which means the teacher responds "High Positive" towards evaluation media which developed. (iii) evaluation media on learning has effective because the result of all students' respondsincluding expected criteria.
