An Analysis of Individual Entrepreneurial Orientations in Predicting Malaysian Engineers’ Intention to Quit the Jobs using PLS-SEM Approach

Abstract: The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of individual entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) on the engineers' ITQ based on entrepreneurial orientation theory. The data were analysed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to validate the research model and hypotheses.
