An Alternative Treatment For Correcting Transverse Maxillary Cant

Abstract: Orthognathic surgery and orthodontic therapy are desired by patients for a number of reasons, including facial asymmetry. The maxillary occlusal cant is commonly associated with asymmetry. Orthognathic surgery combined with orthodontic treatment has been the treatment of choice for correcting an occlusal cant.
