An Alternating Optimization Algorithm for Energy Efficiency in Heterogeneous Networks

Abstract: This paper studies the problems of precoding designs to achieve the energy efficiency (EE) in the uplink heterogeneous networks in which the multiple small cells are deployed in a macro-cell.
