An allied reprogramming, selection, expansion and differentiation platform for creating hiPSC on microcarriers

Abstract: Objectives Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) generated by monolayer cultures is plagued by low efficiencies, high levels of manipulation and operator unpredictability.
