An Algebraic-Based Primal–Dual Interior-Point Algorithm for Rotated Quadratic Cone Optimization

Abstract: In rotated quadratic cone programming problems, we minimize a linear objective function over the intersection of an affine linear manifold with the Cartesian product of rotated quadratic cones.
