An Agent-Based Approach to Support Performance Management for Dynamic and Collaborative Work

Abstract: This paper describes a comprehensive multiagent based modelling approach for collaborative and dynamic organizational roles support. The method is a role centred one, where agents collaborate to assist human users through collaboration within the same role, with other roles of the same team, as well as roles of different teams that share tasks dependencies.
