An Advanced Proppant Based Fracture Stimulation Treatment on an Extended Reach Well in the Southern North Sea Utilising a New Purpose Built Vessel: a Case Study

Abstract: An extended-reach, S-shaped appraisal/development well drilled from a platform to prove up and drain a field extension in a Rotliegendes sandstone reservoir has been hydraulically fractured with a proppantbased stimulation treatment.
