In order to resolve the meta-analysis of related factors of premature ovarian failure, this paper proposes a computer-assisted study of risk factors and protective factors of premature ovarian failure (POF) in women, and provides a scientific basis for its etiological prevention. Through Meta analysis, it was found that the OR value and 95%CI of living environment-related factors were 4.38 for smoking, 4.28 for exposure to toxic substances, 4.17 for dieting, and 3.91 for hair dyeing. The result shows, exposure to toxic substances, smoking, poor sleep quality and eating bean products may have publication bias. To prevent POF, we should pay attention to reasonable diet, keep happy mood, avoid contact with toxic and harmful substances, treat inflammatory diseases early, and develop good living habits.
