An Ad Hoc-Based ERP for Medical Treatment Provision in Crisis Conditions

Abstract: Medical treatment in emergency situations and in conditions of crisis (fire, earthquake, debacle, war e.t.c.) differs from regular cases in terms of infrastructure availability, organization and time response. Typical ERP systems existing in the hospitals cannot be used, while the communication networks in which they are based are either unreachable, destroyed or out of use.
