An Acute Brucellosis Case Presented with Pancytopenia and Hepatitis

Abstract: Brucellosis is a common zoonotic disease in endemic areas like Turkey. It is an infection that can be manifested by extensive clinical findings, for this reason it can be difficult to diagnose.
