A comprehensive understanding of human intelligence is still an ongoing process, i.e., human and information security are not yet perfectly matched. By understanding cognitive processes, designers can design humanized cognitive information systems (CIS). The need for this research is justified because today's business decision makers are faced with questions they cannot answer in a given amount of time without the use of cognitive information systems. The researchers aim to better strengthen cognitive information systems with more pronounced cognitive thresholds by demonstrating the resilience of cognitive resonant frequencies to reveal possible responses to improve the efficiency of human-computer interaction (HCI). A practice-oriented research approach included research analysis and a review of existing articles to pursue a comparative research model; thereafter, a model development paradigm was used to observe and monitor the progression of CIS during HCI. The scope of our research provides a broader perspective on how different disciplines affect HCI and how human cognitive models can be enhanced to enrich complements. We have identified a significant gap in the current literature on mental processing resulting from a wide range of theory and practice.

In this paper gives a brief review of the traditional modeling of direct current (DC) motors using the stimulus response method is made and a method is proposed to obtain an alternative model, using fuzzy logic theory. The two models capture the behavior of the DC motor in an acceptable manner. The connotation of acceptable is because some characteristics of the DC motor are disregarded, which do not have repercussions, in practical terms, as error factors in its study. The first model relates the analysis to the classical forms of control theory, through a first-order differential equation. The second model relates the analysis to the principles of generalization of necessary knowledge in reasoning and learning within the area of Artificial Intelligence where fuzzy sets and a series of if-then type rules are used. The fuzzy DC motor model is very convenient, within the control context, when using Artificial Intelligence paradigms but it not limited to this area.

With the ever-growing development of information technology, the education sector has adopted advanced technologies to improve this field. Different procedures based on human-computer interaction (HCI) can be applied to the efficient interaction between humans and computers to enhance the productivity of computers in various fields, especially in education. Active learning is one of the major technological fields that improves the usability of active learning. With the implementation of HCI approaches such as project-based learning (PBL), active learning classrooms (ALCs), and multi-user virtual environments (MUVE), students’ learning capabilities and teachers’ teaching skills are improved and education becomes more effective. After studying different applications of HCI in active learning, the study proposed to extract common features and select the most efficient ones from them. For the evaluation process, we presented two techniques named Criteria Importance Through Inter Correlation (CRITIC) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in order to select the most effective HCI approach among various options. We choose nine criteria along with ten alternatives and rank them based on their performance scores. For assigning weights to criteria, we utilized the CRITIC strategy, while the TOPSIS technique is applied for ranking the alternatives. In the proposed study, it is identified that the alternative with the highest performance score is kept in first place, while the alternative with the worst performance score is kept at the bottom. The study concluded that the efficient and effective approach was selected among various options, and it can be employed as a suggestion for decision-related issues and future directions.
