An Actinidia chinensis (kiwifruit) eFP browser and network analysis of transcription factors

Abstract: BackgroundTranscriptomic studies combined with a well annotated genome have laid the foundations for new understanding of molecular processes. Tools which visualise gene expression patterns have further added to these resources.
