An Abdominal-sacral Approach With Preoperative Embolisation For Vulvar Solitary Fibrous Tumour: A Case Report

Abstract: Background: Solitary fibrous tumours (SFTs) in the female genital tract are uncommon. Resection of these tumours is controversial because it can cause life-threatening haemorrhage.
