The present paper is of historic importance as well as the second part of [1]. In this second part, we detect important details about the orbit of the Earth and about the velocity (of magnitude 217 km/s) of the solar system around the center of the Milky Way galaxy. Some of these details concern the perihelion and aphelion of the orbit of the Earth. For several years we have observed that the return pulses, on the oscilloscope screen, appear to be more energetic than the initial pulses, see first and second photo of Figure 8 (See, also, Part 1, Figure 2, for which the return pulse crests are much higher than the initial crests). The used oscilloscope is and only must be, a storage oscilloscope, in other words, a computerized oscilloscope with a digital memory. The first oscilloscopes like this, came out, only after 1995, a relatively recent time that all wire velocity experiments and measurements were already completely investigated by science. We do astronomy, without receiving images by an astronomical telescope, but instead by sending signals around a loop and making an analysis using the same oscilloscope as in Part 1. We recommend to the reader to study Part 1 as a prerequisite. The Earth surface is accelerating with a centripetal acceleration, due to its rotation, thus it is not an inertial frame. Also, the Earth is evidently anisotropic, due to the same rotation, a second reason for it being a non-inertial rotating frame.

In this paper we specify the velocities involved in the Ampere absolute force, with absence of a single paradox, contrary to the multiple paradox theory of S. Relativity.The energy of a pair production of particles-antiparticles by a photon from the Dirac sea proves that this sea, which may be called an Eather, is comoving or dragged along with the motion of the Earth. Moreover, this Eather is always the basis with respect to which all the magnetic forces or better the Ampere forces, that all the correct magnetic forces originate from, should be defined with.

This is the twinned paper of the increased mass paper, "Gravity is acting at superluminous infinite speed, thus collapsing special theory of relativity of Einstein, an explanation for almost everything (according to the authors' rigorous mathematical proof and overwhelming experimental evidence)" [1]. In the present paper, we describe the repeated spark or repeat current in terms of the hidden, Non-Relativistic Longitudinal Cardinal Ampere Force which is not found yet infallible for every case. The impressive finding is the fact that these repeated sparks as we shall see, have no back-emf, but forward-emf and forward-Ampere-motive-force. The only consumption is the resistive load with the very high currents needed. This means its total energy consumption is less than the released energy-output work plus heat, plus the energy recharging the batteries. All these are in excess of the consumed input energy. This means the Repeated sparking is "over-unity" efficiency and that, using super-conductive materials, we shall have constructed the first "perpetual mobile" plus producing extra electrical energy. Several previous journals that we did not mention here their names did not dare to publish our disliked papers of very important and revolutionary results but were not able to counter argue our arguments. They preferred the silence and have not answered us at all for many years now. Even some of them were involved previously with the repeated sparking which is the same topic of our present paper.
