Abstract:Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is a rare life-threatening adverse drug reaction associated with mucocutaneous eruptions and peeling of skin (sloughing) mostly caused by drugs like sulphonamides, beta lactams, carbamazepine and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
