Amorphous-Crystalline Boron-Containing Coating Formed on a High-Entropy Alloy by a Combined Ion-Plasma Method

Abstract: Studies of a boron-containing coating formed on high-entropy alloy specimens by a complex ion-plasma method were carried out. It is shown that the coating has an amorphous-crystalline structure. The size of the areas of the crystalline state of the material is 3-5 nm.
