Amniotic Fluid Insulin at 14–20 Weeks’ Gestation

Abstract: OBJECTIVE—To examine the hypothesis that early second trimester amniotic fluid (AF) insulin concentration is elevated and later fetal growth is augmented in gravidas demonstrating later oral glucose intolerance.
