“…Ammonia nitrogen is an important index of aquaculture water, which refers to the sum of molecular ammonia (NH 3 ) and ammonium ion (NH 4 + ) in water. Ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture water mainly comes from feces and other excrement of aquaculture animals, residual bait, plankton debris and sludge at the bottom of the pond [1,2]. When water is anoxic, denitrification of organic matter, nitrate and nitrite will also produce a part of ammonia nitrogen under the action of anaerobic bacteria.…”
