Aminoacyl‐Einlagerung. 3. Mitteilung. Herstellung des perchlorates von O‐Glycyl‐salicylsäure. Umlagerung zu Salicoyl‐glycin

Abstract: O‐(Benzyloxycarbonyl‐glycyl)‐salicylsäure, ihr Benzylester und O‐(Azido‐acetyl)‐salicylsäure liefern bei der Behandlung mit Wasserstoff/Palladium in Eisessig‐Perchlorsäure das Perchlorat von O‐( Gly‐cyl)‐salicylsäure. Die aus dem Perchlorat freigesetzte O‐( Glycyl)‐salicylsäure ist unbeständig. Sie lagert sich sowohl in organischen Medien als auch in Wasser zu Salicoyl glycin um.
