Abstract: Brevibacterium sp. is commercially essential due to its production of amino acids, particularly glutamic acid and lysine. This work investigates the effect of Brevibacterium sp. concentration on L-amino acid synthesis from glucose hydrolysed from oil palm trunk biomass as a substrate.
