Amikacin Monotherapy for Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter-Related Bloodstream Infection due to Tsukamurella pulmonis

Abstract: Although amikacin monotherapy seems to have provided clinical success, we cannot exclude the possibility that line removal alone was responsible for this infection's resolution.
