Abstract: ameloblastic fibro-odontoma (aFo) is a rare, slow-growing neoplastic lesion classified as a benign, epithelial odontogenic mesenchymal tumor. This tumor exhibits histological features characteristic of both ameloblastic fibromas and complex odontomas.
