“…Therefore, the study will employ the model proposed and already studied by Bates et al (1995), which uses the dimensions of Individualism versus Collectivism, Distance of Power and Cultural Congruence to integrate Organizational Culture and to correlate it with the model proposed by Machado & Carvalho (2013), which suggests the connection between two dimensions that represent the environment of innovation, being the internal and external dimensions of innovation groups.
