Abstract:Alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) is a very rare soft tissue tumor of unknown histogenesis and has propensity for recurrence and distant metastasis. It commonly occurs in the head neck region and on extremities in adolescents and young adults. Less number of cases have been reported in the scapular region so far.
