Abstract:A puberdade precoce familial restrita ao sexo masculino (PPFM) é uma causa rara de puberdade precoce (PP) devido à secreção precoce de testosterona pelas células de Leydig, independente das gonadotrofinas (Gns), resultado de mutações do receptor de LH.
