Abstract:This research aims to find alternative punishment implementation strategies in the integrated justice system. The weak deterrent effect and latent problems have made the Indonesian criminal justice system ineffective. The author uses normative juridical research with a statutory law approach and also a comparative study with the Dutch criminal law system.
