Abstract: The reasons why not all stroke survivors have cognitive dysfunction are unclear. We hypothesize that resting-state fMRI (rs-fMRI) will reveal differences in regional brain spontaneous activity and functional connectivity (FC) in stroke patients with and without cognitive impairment.
