Altered IL-6 signalling and risk of tuberculosis disease: a meta-analysis and Mendelian randomisation study

Abstract: IL-6 responses are ubiquitous in Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) infections, but their role in determining human tuberculosis (TB) disease risk is unknown.
