Abstract: Background Exposure to cytotoxic chemotherapy treatment may alter DNA methylation (DNAm) in breast cancer patients. Methods We performed DNAm analysis in 125 breast cancer patients with blood drawn before and after chemotherapy, using the Illumina MethylationEPIC array.
