Abstract:Summary:Serum bile acid conjugates in breast‐fed infants with prolonged jaundice were analyzed by a newly developed procedure using high‐performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence labeling. Major bile acids were cholate and chenodeoxycholate conjugates.
