Abstract: IntroductionMultiple comorbidities, including diabetes mellitus (DM), hypercholesterolemia and chronic kidney disease (CKD) are associated with diastolic dysfunction. These risk factors also cause coronary microvascular dysfunction leading to impaired myocardial perfusion and ischemia with non‐obstructive coronary artery disease (INOCA).
