Alteration of immunoproteasome mRNA in PBMCs of patients with Parkinson’s disease

Abstract: Background Immunoproteasome, a part of ubiquitin–proteasome system, is involved in protein degradation and immune response. However, the relationship between immunoproteasome and Parkinson’s disease (PD) was not evaluated clearly.
