The questions are answered with 0 “no difficulties”, 1 “minor difficulties”, 2 “medium difficulties”, 3 “major difficulties”, 4 “I/she/he am/is not able to execute this activity at all” and 5 “does not apply to me/her/him” [ 15 ].…”
