Allo-immunisation fœto-maternelle sévère: à propos d´un cas et revue de la littérature

Abstract: Avant les années 1970, l´allo-immunisation fœto-maternelle était la principale cause de décès périnatal. Actuellement elle est devenue plus rare, grâce à un dépistage des grossesses à risque et à un meilleur suivi de celles-ci.
