Abstract: Neben der nahe verwandten Chemie der Aromen ist die Riechstoffchemie eine der wenigen Bereiche, wenn nicht gar der einzige, in denen der Chemiker unmittelbar Struktur‐Wirkungs‐Beziehungen erfahren kann.
