All-optical interrogation of brain-wide activity in freely swimming larval zebrafish

Abstract: We introduce an all-optical technique that enables volumetric imaging of brain-wide calcium activity and targeted optogenetic stimulation of specific brain regions in freely swimming larval zebrafish.
