Abstract: Irreparable rotator cuff tears are a complicated problem, and current treatment options include nonoperative rehabilitation, debridement with or without a biceps tenotomy, tuberoplasty, partial rotator cuff repair, patch augmentation, biodegradable spacers, tendon transfer, and reverse shoulder arthroplasty.
