All grown up? Market maturity and investment in London's purpose-built student accommodation sector

Abstract: PurposeThe UK's purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector has seen significant institutional investment in recent decades. This paper unpacks contemporary trends and perspectives on the sector.
