Alkaptonuric Ochronosis Superimposed With Septic Arthritis in a Middle-aged Man

Abstract: Alkaptonuria is a rare inborn metabolic disease, in which an enzymatic deficiency accumulates alkapton in different tissues, causing darkness and injury, especially in spine and large cartilages, called ochronosis.
