Abstract: Aus dem Rohbasengemisch von Ziziphus amphibia A. Cheval., in dem bisher nur Cyclopeptidalkaloide gefunden wurden 2-4). konnte das Aporphinalkaloid (-)-Nuciferins) (1) und Amphibin-I (2) isoliert werden. 2 hat die Struktur eines 6,7-Dimethoxy-2-methyl-l,2,3,4tetrahydroisochinolins mit einer Peptidseitenkette an C-I, wie durch chemischen Abbau und spektroskopische Methoden bewiesen werden konnte.
