Abstract: Our study of boreholes, seismic survey and magnetic data from the region between the Baltic Basin and the Lublin Basin indicates the existence of numerous buried intrusions and effusive complexes, most of them unnoticed so far, together with a few igneous massifs. They are of alkaline character and developed in a time span of c. 348 to 338 Ma.
