ALK signaling drives tumorigenicity and chemoresistance of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells

Abstract: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is an extremely aggressive disease characterized by its metastatic potential and chemoresistance. These traits are partially attributable to the highly tumorigenic pancreatic cancer stem cells (PaCSCs).
