ALK-positive large B-cell lymphoma (ALK + LBCL) with aberrant CD3 expression

Abstract: ALK-positive ( +) large B cell lymphoma (ALK + LBCL) is a rare distinct subtype of diffuse large B cell lymphoma presenting with high stage and aggressive behavior. Although B cell markers such as CD20, CD19, and CD22 are generally negative, plasmacytic markers including CD138, CD38, and MUM1 are positive. T cell markers are negative with rare exceptions.
