Abstract:Fazem-se algumas considerações sobre o problema da rubéola no município de São Paulo. São apresentados os 287 casos de rubéola notificados de 1951 a 1966. A distribuição sazonal destes casos parece indicar que a maior ocorrên-cia dá-se nos meses de setembro e outubro, correspondentes à primavera, conforme têm sido descrito para outros países.
