Abstract

We conclude that we must look at the potentialities, because they represent the strength of the enterprise and the achievements that own group has achieved. The difficulties should be faced with the union of the group itself, with the support of the institution of CAPS-ad II, of society, of the Co-Labora, and the public politics.
