Abstract: Chronic lymphatic leukaemia (CLL) is one of the most common leukaemic diseases in middle Europe. Pathological fractures are rare findings in patients with CLL. The diagnosis of CLL is in most cases an incidental finding as it often stays asymptomatic for years.
